摘　　要：目的探讨生理盐水联合维生素E胶囊雾化改善张口呼吸患者口唇干裂的效果。方法选取2022年7月至2023年12月南宁市第二人民医院重症医学科收治的60例张口呼吸患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组接受口腔护理后,采用生理盐水联合维生素E胶囊对口唇进行雾化处理;对照组接受口腔护理后,使用液体石蜡油涂抹唇部。观察两组患者的口唇情况,在每次护理后2 h对口唇情况进行评价。结果第1次护理前,两组患者口唇评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第2次护理后,观察组后续每次雾化护理后的口唇评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理6次后的平均口唇评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的年龄、体重及其他生理参数与护理后的口唇评分无显著相关性。结论生理盐水联合维生素E胶囊的雾化护理优于传统液体石蜡油护理,能够有效改善张口呼吸患者口唇干裂不适,且疗效与患者生理参数无显著关联,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of nebulized saline combined with Vitamin E Capsules on improving lip dryness in patients with mouth-breathing.Methods A total of 60 patients with mouth-breathing admitted to the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of the Second Nanning People's Hospital from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.After receiving oral care,the oral lips of the observation group were intervened with nebulized saline combined with Vitamin E Capsules.The control group received oral care and liquid paraffin oil to the lips.The oral and lip conditions of the two groups of patients were observed,and the oral and lip conditions were evaluated 2 h after each nursing.Results Before the first nursing,there was no significant difference in oral score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the second time of nursing,the oral scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after each subsequent nebulization nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average oral score of the observation group after 6 times of nursing was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The age,body weight and other physiological parameters of the observation group had no significant correlation with the oral lip score after nursing.Conclusion The nebulized saline combined with Vitamin E Capsules is superior to the traditional liquid paraffin oil nursing,which can effectively improve the discomfort of lip dryness in patients with mouth-breathing,and the efficacy has no significant correlation with the physiological parameters of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
