摘　　要：目的探讨银屑病患者采用五行音乐之角调干预的效果,以指导临床干预措施的拟定,促使银屑病患者获取满意的干预效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的80例银屑病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。两组患者均采用常规治疗,对照组实施常规干预,基于此,观察组加用五行音乐之角调干预,均干预8周,比较两组患者的心理状况、皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分及生活质量。结果干预后,两组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、PASI评分、皮肤病生活质量指标调查表(DLQI)评分均低于本组干预前,且观察组各项评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银屑病患者采用五行音乐之角调干预可改善心理状况及临床症状,提高生活质量,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of JUE tune of five elements intervention in patients with psoriasis,so as to guide the formulation of clinical intervention measures and promote the patients with psoriasis to obtain satisfactory intervention effects.Methods A total of 80 patients with psoriasis admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment,while the control group received conventional intervention.Based on this,the observation group additionally received the JUE tune of five elements intervention for 8 weeks,and the psychological status,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),PASI and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion JUE tune of five elements intervention in psoriasis patients can improve the psychological condition and clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,and has clinical application value.
