摘　　要：近年来,不少临床医生对回收式自体输血(IOCS)在产科的应用有了观念的转变,对其安全性及有效性也有了更深的认识,国内一些医院开始逐步探索IOCS在剖宫产中的适应证及安全性,以期有效应用在剖宫产中,产生良好的社会效益和经济效益,改善产妇预后。研究证明了IOCS在免疫调节方面具有优势,可对加快产妇术后康复,改善预后具有很好的临床意义。但目前,国内仅有少数三甲医院在开展此项技术,针对IOCS在产科的临床研究也局限于病例对照研究,缺少前瞻性的多中心随机对照研究。本文旨在分析近年来IOCS在产科应用的国内外相关文献,针对临床医生广泛关注的问题,对现阶段的研究成果进行综述。In recent years,many clinicians have changed their ideas about the application of intraoperative cell salvage(IOCS)in obstetrics,and have a deeper understanding of its safety and effectiveness.Some domestic hospitals began to gradually explore the indications and safety of IOCS in cesarean section,hoping that the effective application in cesarean section will produce good social and economic benefits and improve the prognosis of pregnant women.Some studies have fully proved that IOCS has advantages in immune regulation,which can accelerate post-obstetric rehabilitation and improve prognosis with good clinical significance.However,at present,only a few top three hospitals in China are carrying out this technology,and clinical studies on IOCS in obstetrics are limited to case-control studies,lacking prospective multi-center randomized controlled studies.This paper aims to analyze the domestic and foreign literatures on the application of IOCS in obstetrics in recent years,and review the current research results in view of the problems widely concerned by clinicians.
