摘　　要：就业是民生之本,也是青年群体的安身立命之本,如何避免青年劳动者陷入“穷忙”境地是各国经济社会领域的重要议题。文章对国内外青年工作贫困致因进行全景式回顾,梳理了青年工作贫困概念的演化过程,呈现了青年“穷忙族”的群体规模,并从个体禀赋、家庭资源、劳动力市场制度等微观、中观和宏观层面分别理清了贫困致因的三条研究脉络;同时,结合时代变迁的背景探索了青年工作贫困致因的新趋势,对青年工作贫困致因研究进行了反思和展望。建议后续研究重视青年工作贫困概念的双核心因素,充分考虑福利体制因素的影响,关注工作贫困致因的时代性和适应性,并借助个体化理论拓宽研究视野。Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood,and it is also essential for the youth to establish themselves in society.Preventing young workers from falling into the situation of“working poor”is an important issue in the economic and social fields of various countries.This article provides a comprehensive review of the causes of youth in-work poverty both domestically and internationally.It outlines the evolution of the concept of youth work poverty,presents the scale of the“poor and busy”youth group,and clarifies the causes of poverty from micro,meso,and macro perspectives,including individual endowments,family resources,and labor market institutions.Additionally,it explores new trends in the causes of youth work poverty amidst changing times,reflects on current research,and anticipates future directions in this field.It suggests that subsequent research should focus on the dual core factors of the concept of youth in-work poverty,fully consider the impact of welfare regimes,pay attention to the timeliness and adaptability of the causes of inwork poverty,and expand research horizons using the individualization theory.
