摘 要:针对传统桩基承载力静载试验时间长、场地占用大、施工安全风险大的问题,在新加坡柔佛捷运项目引入桩基快速荷载试验法(Rapid Load Test,简称RLT)。简述了RLT的基本原理,进行试验桩的RLT和静载对比关联试验。试验结果表明RLT试验下沉降比静载试验小,所以在项目工程桩工作荷载检测时如使用RLT替代静载试验,应进行相关性修正;嵌岩桩进行RLT试验与静载试验得到的摩擦力和端承力有差异性分布,RLT试验中摩擦力相较静载试验偏集中于底部,摩擦力和端承力总值与静载结果相当。在新加坡Bukit Timah Granite地质条件下使用RLT试验替代静载试验具有可行性。In view of the problems that traditional static load test(SLT)takes a long time,large site occupied and high risk,the Rapid Load Test(RLT)method was introduced in Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System project.The basic theory of RLT was introduced,and RLT and SLT correlation tests were conducted on test piles.The results show that the settlement under RLT test is smaller than that under static load test,so correlation correction should be carried out if RLT is used to replace SLT in the working load test of piles in the project,the skin friction and end bearing forces obtained from RLT and SLT of rock socketing piles are differentially distributed,and friction force in the RLT test is relatively more concentrated at the bottom compared to the SLT,while the total values of friction and end bearing forces are comparable to the results of the static load.It is feasible to use the RLT test as an alternative to the static load test in the geological condition of Bukit Timah Granite in Singapore.
