摘　　要：作业工装是园林绿化行业一线作业人员的重要装备,文章立足于上海绿化行业现状及需求,通过问卷调查和实际调研的方式,对作业工装的需求、功能、材质等10多项指标进行统计分析,结果表明:绿化行业工装有而不一、杂而不齐,缺少相关的技术标准,从而造成工装存在功能性偏弱、舒适性偏差、标识性不强等问题。在此基础上,进一步分析总结了上海绿化行业工装目前存在问题,并提出建议性策略,以期为上海乃至全国绿化行业工装配置提供一定的参照依据。Working suit is important equipment for front-line workers in the landscaping field.Based on the current situation and the actual needs of the landscaping occupation,this paper makes a statistical analysis of more than 10 indicators such as the demand,function and material of the work clothes by means of questionnaire survey and actual investigation.The results show that the condition of landscaping working suit is diverse but not uniform,miscellaneous but not complete,and lacks relevant technical standards,resulting in issues such as weak functionality,deviation in comfort,and weak labeling of the suit.On this basis,this paper further summarizes and analyzes the current problems in the working suit of Shanghai's landscaping,and proposes suggested strategies,in order to provide a certain reference basis for the suit configuration of Shanghai and even the national green industry.
