摘 要:对市售的5种丝棉絮料的保暖性能进行测试研究,通过对丝棉絮片的单位面积质量、微观形貌、厚度、蓬松度、压缩回弹性能、热阻等指标进行检测分析。结果表明,在絮料厚度和克质量相同的情况下,骨架内部填充纤维线密度的大小直接影响絮片的保暖性能;填充纤维的线密度越小,数量越多,越均匀,絮片内部被分割的有效空间越多,絮片的保温效果越好;絮片的骨架纤维线密度相近,对絮片的回弹率影响较小。The thermal insulation properties of 5 kinds of thermal flocculants on the market were tested and studied.It were tested and analyzed of thermal flocculants that mass gram weight,microscopic morphology,thickness,volume,compressive resilience and thermal resistance.It was found that the linear density of fiber filling inside the skeleton directly affected the thermal insulation properties of the batting under the condition that the thickness and gram weight were the same.The better the insulation effect of flocs that thermal flocculants has the more space the flocs are divided,which in the larger of flling power that has the smaller the linear density and the more the amount of the fiber.The linear density of the skeleton fibers is similar to that of the flocs,which has little effect on the resilience of flocs.
