摘 要:为探讨灯芯绒面料的耐磨性能,分析灯芯绒面料耐磨损的原理、影响因素,并对比国内外标准中灯芯绒面料的测试方法。由于标准存在一定差异,目前所使用测试方法对于灯芯绒的磨损方式只有平磨法,对于易磨损的曲边、折边等没有对应的考核方法,存在一定的局限性。因此,建议采用多种磨损形式结合测试,来综合评估灯芯绒面料的耐磨性能。在评价形式上,运用主观视觉描述评级和根据绒毛损失率有效结合,能全面客观地评价灯芯绒面料的耐磨性。In order to discuss the wear resistance of corduroy fabric,the mechanism of wear resistance of corduroy fabric,influencing factors,and the test methods of corduroy fabric compared with domestic and foreign standards were analyzed.Due to certain differences in standards,the current test methods only use flat grinding method for the corduroy fabric,and there is no corresponding assessment method for the easily worn curve grinding fold,abrasion,etc.,which has certain limitations.It is suggested that the wear resistance of corduroy fabric can be evaluated comprehensively by testing various wear forms.In the form of evaluation,the wear resistance of corduroy fabric can be evaluated comprehensively and objectively by combining subjective visual description rating with pile loss rate.
