深色服装白墨直喷印花技术的研究

摘　　要：喷墨印花是具有发展潜力的新型印花技术之一,因深色服装印花困难,当前市场上深色服装常采用的喷墨印花为先丝网印白墨打底,再喷墨印花,工艺复杂,而深色服装白墨直喷印花先进技术可以代替。文中介绍了深色服装白墨直喷印花技术的应用现状和发展,阐述了白彩同出喷墨印花生产工艺流程。具体分析了印前分色原理、应用软件和性能要求,印前预处理目的、工艺处方和工艺方法,打印用白墨、彩墨的组成和物理性能指标,打印工艺类型、特点、难点和方法,印后烘干与固色工艺等,为深色服装白墨直喷印花生产提供参考方案。Inkjet printing is a new printing technology with development potential,because of the difficulty of printing dark clothing,the current market for dark clothing often used inkjet printing first screen printing white ink base,then inkjet printing,the process is complex,dark clothing white ink direct printing advanced technology can replace its process.This paper introduces application status and development of the direct ink-jet printing technology with white ink on dark grament.The production process of the direct ink-jet printing with white ink and color ink together on dark garment is elaborated.This paper first analyzes the color separation principle,software and perfomance requirement of prepress.Then it discusses the purpose,process recipe and methods of prepress pretreatment,the composition and performance of the white and color ink.Types,characteristic,difficulty and methods of the ink-jet printing process are later discussed.The final part is about research on the process of drying and fixation in post-press.A reference program to garment printing production of the direct ink-jet printing with white ink is provided in this paper.
