摘 要:超分散剂组成的控制对其分散性非常重要,以丙烯酸(AA)与甲氧基聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(MPEGAA)为原料制备梳型共聚物P(AA-co-MPEGAA),通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)法分析聚合物组成,结合组成分析法测得两单体的竞聚率,实现对共聚物组成的均匀控制。并系统研究了共聚物组成及组成控制、pH、分散剂用量等对纳米二氧化铈颗粒分散性的影响。结果表明:组成均匀的超分散剂的性能优于非均匀组成。在中性及碱性条件下,共聚物链中MPEGAA单元的摩尔分数为0.20,二氧化铈颗粒的综合分散性最佳。The composition control of hyperdispersants is crucial for their dispersion property of nanoparticles.In this paper,a comb shaped copolymer P(AA-co-MPEGAA)was prepared using acrylic acid(AA)and methoxy polyethylene glycol acrylate(MPEGAA)as raw materials.The competitive polymerization rate of the two monomers was measured by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)combined with composition analysis,the uniform control of copolymer composition was achieved.And the effects of copolymer composition and composition control,pH value,dispersant dosage,and other conditions on the dispersion performance of nano ceria particles were systematically studied.The results indicate that the performance of a uniformly composed hyperdispersant is superior to that of a non-uniform composition.Under neutral and alkaline conditions,the optimal comprehensive dispersion performance of ceria particles is achieved when the molar fraction of MPEGAA units in the copolymer chain is 0.20.
