摘  要:开发了一种深水装备用无溶剂酚醛环氧涂料,探讨了不同官能度的酚醛环氧树脂用量、固化剂类型、偶联剂用量、云母氧化铁用量等因素对涂层硬度、耐磨性、干/湿附着力、耐高压性、耐海水浸泡性能、耐阴极剥离性和抗氯离子渗透性等性能的影响。结果表明:以官能度2.8的酚醛环氧树脂DEN431与官能度2.35的酚醛环氧树脂EPALLOY8240按照质量比3∶1复配作为主体树脂,添加占A组分树脂质量1%的偶联剂GX-560和A组分质量20%的云母氧化铁,改性脂环胺B为固化剂,开发的无溶剂酚醛环氧涂料性能满足NORSOK M-501:2022对应用于浸没环境涂层的技术要求,通过南海12个月1 000 m深水原位试验,表明其具备优异的深水环境长效防腐性能。This research developed a solvent-free phenolic epoxy coating for deepwater equipment.The effects of the content and proportion of three kinds of phenolic epoxy resin with different functionalities,the type of curing agent,the content of coupling agent,and the content of mica iron oxide on the film hardness,abrasion resistance,dry/wet adhesion,high pressure resistance,seawater immersion resistance,cathodic disbondment resistance,and chloride ion penetration resistance were investigated.The results showed that the solvent-free phenolic epoxy coating developed with m(DEN431)∶m(EPALLOY8240)=3∶1 as the main resin,1%coupling agent GX-560 by the mass of component A resin,20%mica iron oxide by mass of component A,and modified cyclic amine B as the curing agent.The performance of the developed solvent-free phenolic epoxy coating was satisfied with the technical requirements of NORSOK M-501:2022 for coatings applied in immersion environments.The results of 12-month in-situ tests in 1000 m deep water of the South China Sea showed that it indicated excellent long-term corrosion resistance in deep water.
