摘  要:水性聚氨酯具有优异的力学性能以及耐候性,受其结构中软段的影响,涂层硬度和耐磨性不佳。采用不同类型的异氰酸酯合成聚氨酯乳液,并采用硅溶胶接枝,得到硅溶胶改性聚氨酯乳液。对硅溶胶改性聚氨酯乳液进行红外表征,同时探究了硅溶胶改性对聚氨酯材料拉伸性能、硬度的影响,并基于该乳液制备了汽车玻璃导槽密封条耐磨涂层,对涂层的耐磨性、耐候性、附着力、耐水性等进行了测试。结果表明:所研制涂层性能优于普通水性聚氨酯涂层,满足三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)汽车玻璃导槽密封条涂层的使用要求。Waterborne polyurethane had excellent mechanical properties and weather resistance,but due to the influence of soft segments in its structure,its hardness and wear resistance were poor.In this paper,polyurethane lotion was synthesized with different isocyanates,and silicone sol was grafted to obtain silicone sol modified polyurethane lotion.The infrared characterization of the silicone sol modified polyurethane lotion was carried out to explore the influence of silicone sol modification on the mechanical properties and hardness of polyurethane materials.Based on this lotion,the wear-resistant coating of the automotive glass guide channel sealing strip was prepared.The wear-resistant wear,weather resistance,adhesion,water resistance and other properties of the coating were tested.The performance was better than that of the ordinary water-based polyurethane coating,meeting the use requirements of the EPDM rubber glass guide channel sealing strip coating.
