摘 要:为了开发一种具有良好光催化活性和稳定性的混凝土喷涂光催化硅丙涂料。以稀HNO3预处理纳米SiO_(2)和钛酸四丁酯为原料,无水乙醇作为溶剂制备了N-TiO_(2)/SiO_(2)光催化材料。并将NTiO_(2)/SiO_(2)光催化材料掺杂到硅丙乳液中制备了光催化涂料,均匀喷涂到混凝土净浆块表面形成均一的涂层。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱仪(DRS)和稳态荧光光谱仪(PL)等对光催化材料进行了表征。结果表明:N-TiO_(2)/SiO_(2)光催化材料的光催化活性比纯相TiO_(2)的优异,全光谱照射30 min内甲基橙降解率达到了99.75%,这得益于非金属N的掺杂拓宽了光谱吸收范围,实现了高效的光电子-空穴分离。涂层表现出优异的光催化活性和稳定性,全光谱照射10 h内甲基橙的降解率达到了94.78%,喷涂光催化涂料的混凝土净浆块置于自然环境下日晒雨淋35 d内甲基橙的降解率为90.25%,光催化涂层表现出良好的稳定性。N-TiO_(2)/SiO_(2)的掺杂虽然影响了光催化涂层的黏结强度和吸水性,但仍达到了聚合物水泥防水涂料黏结强度Ⅲ型要求和外墙涂料吸水性Ⅲ级要求,可以应用于室内外建筑工程项目。In order to develop a photocatalytic silicone acrylic coating sprayed on concrete with good photocatalytic activity and stability,N-TiO_(2)/SiO_(2) photocatalytic materials were prepared using dilute HNO3 pretreated nano-SiO_(2) and tetrabutyl titanate as raw materials,anhydrous ethanol as solvent.The N-TiO_(2)/SiO_(2) photocatalytic material was doped into the silicone-acrylic emulsion to prepare a photocatalytic coating,which was uniformly sprayed onto concrete paste surface to form a uniform coating.The photocatalytic materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction spectroscopy(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS)and steady-state fluorescence spectroscopy(PL).The results showed that the N-TiO_(2)/SiO_(2) photocatalytic material exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity compared with pure TiO_(2),and the degradation rate of methyl orange reached 99.75%within 30 min of full-spectrum irradiation,which benefited from that the doping of non-metallic N broadened the spectral absorption range to achieve efficient photoelectron-hole separation.The photocatalytic coating showed excellent photocatalytic activity and stability.The degradation rate of methyl orange reached 94.78%within 10 h of full-spectrum irradiation.The degradation rate of methyl orange of concrete paste sprayed with photocatalytic coating was 90.25%within 35 d in the natural environment,showing good stability.Although the doping of N-TiO_(2)/SiO_(2) affected the bond strength and water absorption of coating,it still met the III standard of bond strength of polymer cement waterproof coating and the III standard of water absorption of exterior wall coating,which can be applied to indoor and outdoor construction projects.
