摘 要:针对传统摆动油阻尼器减振性能不足的问题,提出了一种以支承弹簧为弹性元件的油阻尼器结构,并在油阻尼器的基础上,引入了电涡流阻尼,设计了新型的电涡流油膜混合阻尼器。搭建了飞轮旋转试验系统,研究不同支承刚度下不同阻尼对飞轮转子系统幅频特性和临界转速的影响,对比分析了不同转速时的轴心轨迹和时域波形。结果表明,相较于油阻尼器和电涡流阻尼器,电涡流油膜混合阻尼器在减振效果上表现最佳,在临界转速附近,减振率最高可达82.67%。研究结果为单点柔性支承的飞轮转子系统振动控制提供了技术支撑。In response to the insufficient vibration damping performance of traditional swing oil dampers,an oil damper structure with a supporting spring as the elastic element was proposed,and a new eddy current oil film hybrid damper was designed by introducing eddy current damper on the basis of the oil damper.A flywheel spin test system was built to study the influence of different dampers on the amplitude-frequency characteristics and critical speed of the flywheel rotor system under different support stiffness,and the shaft centerline orbits and time-domain waveforms at different spin speeds were compared and analyzed.The results show that compared with oil dampers and eddy current dampers,the eddy current oil film hybrid damper performs the best in terms of vibration damping effect,with a maximum damping rate of 82.67%near the critical speed.The research results can provide technical support for vibration control of flywheel rotor systems with single point flexible support.
