摘 要:针对永久巷道围岩变形量大、矿压显现强烈、锚杆(索)失效严重等问题,以代池坝煤矿+320 m西大巷为工程背景,分析了巷道支护失效机制,提出了以锚注技术为主的巷道围岩多层次耦合控制对策。研究表明:强矿压作用下,传统螺纹钢锚杆因锚固的滑移失效、锚杆尾部螺纹处断裂失效及支护体护表失效而造成的锚空失效,从而导致锚固失效。针对以上失效形式,提出了围岩注浆加固、使用废旧钢丝绳将锚杆组合、卸压槽卸压等手段,形成了多层次锚喷注浆联合加固技术。工程应用效果表明,多层次锚喷注浆联合加固技术对强矿压巷道围岩具有较好的控制效果。In response to the problems of large deformation of surrounding rock in permanent tunnels,strong mining pressure manifestation,and severe failure of anchor rods(cables),the+320m west roadway of Daichiba Mine was taken as the engineering background,the failure mechanism of tunnel support was analyzed using comprehensive research methods such as theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and on-site monitoring.A multi-level coupling control strategy for tunnel surrounding rock,mainly anchor injection technology,was proposed.Research has shown that under strong mining pressure,traditional threaded steel anchor rods may experience anchor failure due to sliding failure,fracture failure at the tail thread of the anchor rod,and failure of the support surface,resulting in anchor failure.In response to the above failure forms,improvement methods had been proposed,such as surrounding rock grouting reinforcement,the use of waste steel wire ropes to combine anchor rods,and pressure relief grooves,forming a multi-level anchor spray grouting combined reinforcement technology.The engineering application results showed that the multi-level anchor spray grouting combined reinforcement technology had a good control effect on the surrounding rock of strong mining pressure tunnels.
