摘 要:针对常村煤矿2106工作面煤层底板斜巷的特点,以及工作面推进时超前支承压力影响空巷底板稳定性等问题,确定采用空巷分区域充填过空巷的方式。利用数值模拟研究,结合Rhino设计软件,对比分析工作面过空巷和充填巷塑性区差异,得知在充填条件下,巷道围岩应力集中较小,来自扰动影响产生的超前支承压力经过充填材料可以向深部转移,并不会在巷道周围产生较为集中的应力束。因此,巷道周围塑性区较少,保持了巷道帮部围岩的整体性,保证工作面正常推进。通过分区域充填支护,实现了充填材料—巷道围岩组合结构共同承载覆岩应力,达到预期效果,保证2106工作面顺利推进。In view of the characteristics of inclined roadway in coal seam floor of No.2106 Face in Changcun Mine,and the influence of advanced abutment pressure on the stability of abandoned roadway floor when working face was advancing,the method of filling empty roadway by sub-region was determined.By using numerical simulation research,combined with Rhino design software,the difference of plastic zone between goaf roadway and filling roadway in working face was compared and analyzed,and the following conclusions are obtained:Through numerical simulation research and comparison,it was found that under the filling condition,the stress concentration of surrounding rock of roadway was small,and the abutment pressure generated by disturbance could be transferred to the deep through filling material.It would not produce a more concentrated stress beam around the roadway.Therefore,the plastic zone around the roadway was less,and the integrity of the surrounding rock of the roadway was realized to ensure the normal advancement of the working face.By filling different strength filling materials in different positions,it could not only realize regional filling support,but also realize the same bearing of filling materials and roadway surrounding rock,achieve the expected effect,and ensure the smooth progress of No.2106 Face.
