摘 要:煤柱是维持巷道围岩稳定性的关键因素之一,为研究不同煤柱尺寸下巷道围岩的破坏特征,以常村煤矿S5-15工作面为工程背景,运用UDEC数值模拟软件分析了不同宽度煤柱结构特征,探讨了一侧采空条件下掘巷期间窄煤柱巷道围岩稳定控制方案。结果表明:随留设煤柱宽度的增大,巷道右肩角方向的最大主应力逐渐转移到煤柱上,煤柱的弹性区范围同样也逐渐变大,煤柱所形成的承载结构效果越好。以6 m窄煤柱为例,对比探讨了巷道围岩稳定控制方案,发现在使用斜拉锚索的基础上进行切顶卸压,对于巷道围岩的稳定性效果最好。The size of coal pillar is one of the key factors to maintain the stability of surrounding rock of coal pillar roadway.In order to study the failure characteristics of surrounding rock of roadway under different coal pillars,the No.S5-15 working face of Changcun Mine was taken as the engineering background,the structural characteristics of coal pillars with different widths were analyzed by UDEC numerical simulation software,and the stability control scheme of surrounding rock of narrow coal pillar roadway during roadway excavation under one side goaf condition was discussed.The results showed that with the increase of the width of the coal pillar,the maximum principal stress in the direction of the right shoulder angle of the roadway was gradually transferred to the coal pillar,and the range of the elastic zone of the coal pillar was also gradually increased,and the bearing structure formed by the coal pillar was better.Taking 6 m narrow coal pillar as an example,the stability control scheme of roadway surrounding rock was compared and discussed.It was found that roof cutting and pressure relief on the basis of cable-stayed anchor cable had the best effect on the stability of roadway surrounding rock.
