摘 要:针对郭二庄矿一坑采区北翼区域潜在导含水陷落柱,避免因探查不清、处理不当、盲目揭露等对煤矿巷道掘进造成水害威胁,影响安全生产的问题,利用地面定向钻探超前探查技术,设计多个水平分支孔,通过对施工过程中钻孔钻井液消耗、岩屑特性和自然伽马测井数据的综合分析,揭示了陷1、陷2和陷7陷落柱的赋存情况,并对陷1和陷7陷落柱的发育位置和边界范围进行了调整,利用注浆加固改造,对含水层导水通道进行封堵,加固了煤层底板薄弱地段,降低导水陷落柱的突水风险。结果表明,该技术的应用实现了郭二庄矿一坑采区的安全开采,为类似地面区域探查治理提供了经验,具有良好的推广价值和应用前景。Aiming at the influence of potential water conducting and containing collapse columns in the north wing of the first pit mining area of Guoerzhuang Coal Mine,to avoid the threat of water disaster caused by unclear exploration,improper treatment and blind exposure to the tunneling of coal mine roadways,and to affect the safety of production,several horizontal branch holes were designed by using the advanced exploration technology of ground directional drilling.Through the comprehensive analysis of drilling fluid consumption,cuttings characteristics and natural gamma logging data during the construction process,the occurrence of collapse columns in subsidence 1,subsidence 2 and subsidence 7 was revealed,and the development position and boundary range of subsidence 1 and subsidence 7 were adjusted.By using grouting reinforcement and reconstruction measures,the aquifer water conducting channel was effectively blocked,the weak section of the coal seam floor was strengthened,and the risk of water outburst from the water conducting collapse column was reduced.The results showed that the application of this technology realized the safe mining of the first pit mining area of Guoerzhuang Mine,which provided experience for the exploration and control of similar ground areas,and had good popularization value and application prospect.
