流固耦合作用下掘进工作面粉尘运移规律模拟研究

摘  要:为了准确掌握彬长矿区综掘工作面粉尘运移规律特征,以文家坡煤矿4107掘进工作面为例,基于流固耦合理论,采用数值模拟软件分析了掘进工作面风流流场变化趋势、不同风量下粉尘运移规律及不同粒径粉尘沉积规律,并进行了现场实测对比。研究结果表明,从掘进设备两侧和上方逸散的风流会在掘进设备后方相互作用影响,风流不断循环补充,会再次形成较强的涡流区域,远离迎头后风流场逐渐趋于平稳;当风量为1400 m3/min时通风控尘效果相对较好,巷道内粉尘质量浓度较低;在掘进工作面中增大局部通风量的情况下会导致空间风流携带粉尘的能力大大增强,尤其是对小粒径粉尘颗粒影响显著,粒径10~35μm的粉尘颗粒均呈现随风速增大,粉尘沉积质量减小的趋势,粒径50~75μm的粉尘沉积质量几乎不受风速的影响。In order to accurately grasp the characteristics of dust migration law in fully mechanized excavation face of Binchang mining area,taking the 4107 heading face of Wenjiapo Coal Mine as an example,based on the fluid-solid coupling theory,the numerical simulation software was used to analyze the change trend of air flow field in heading face,the dust migration law under different air volume and the dust deposition law of different particle sizes,and the field measurement comparison was carried out.The results show that the airflow scattered from both sides and above of the tunneling equipment will interact with each other in the rear of the tunneling equipment.The airflow will continue to circulate and supplement,and a strong eddy current area will be formed again,and the airflow field will gradually stabilize away from the head.When the air volume is 1400 m3/min,the ventilation and dust control effect is relatively good,and the dust mass concentration in the roadway is low.In the case of increasing local ventilation in the tunneling face,the ability of the space airflow to carry dust will be greatly enhanced,especially for small particle size dust particles.The dust particles with a particle size of 10~35μm show a trend of increasing with the wind speed,and the dust deposition quality decreases.The dust deposition quality of 50~75μm is almost not affected by the wind speed.
