摘 要:爆炸极限是表征可燃气体爆炸特性的重要参数,掌握双流化床热解燃烧分级转化热电气多联产工艺燃烧转热解阶段混合气的爆炸极限是保障系统配置高温电除尘器安全运行的关键。介绍了双流化床热解燃烧分级转化热电气多联产工艺,分析了当前典型的可燃气体爆炸极限计算方法,同时结合浙江大学1 MWt双流化床热解燃烧多联产中试实验平台热解转燃烧阶段混合气作为实验对象,对两次测得的混合气组分进行了爆炸极限计算,结果表明,混合气氧含量为1.04%时,高温电除尘器运行时不会引起爆炸。The explosion limit is an important parameter that characterizes the explosion characteristics of combustible gases.Mastering the explosion limit of the mixed gas during the combustion to pyrolysis stage of the dual fluidized bed pyrolysis combustion staged conversion thermoelectric cogeneration process is crucial to ensuring the safe operation of the high-temperature electrostatic precipitator system configuration.The dual fluidized bed pyrolysis combustion staged conversion thermal electrical multi generation process were introduced.The current typical combustible gas explosion limit calculation method were analyzed,and the 1 MWt dual fluidized bed pyrolysis combustion multi generation pilot test platform of Zhejiang University as the experimental object to calculate the explosion limit of the mixed gas components measured twice were combined.The results show that when the oxygen content of the mixed gas is 1.04%,the high-temperature electrostatic precipitator will not cause an explosion during operation.
