摘 要:酒泉市石煤钒矿属于低热值石煤,矿石中钒价态以三价钒为主,采用循环流化床脱碳+空白焙烧浸出提钒工艺可有效解决低热值石煤不易燃烧问题,同时可实现热-电-钒工业联产。该工艺产生的环境污染主要为废气、废水和尾矿,废气经处理后可达标排放,废水经处理后全部回用,不外排;尾矿经固体废物属性鉴别,属于一般工业固体废物,可进入尾矿库堆存。The Stone coal Vanadium Mine in Jiuquan City belongs to low-calorific value stone coal,and the vanadium valence state in the ore is mainly trivalency.The process of Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB)decarburization+additive-free roasting leaching vanadium extraction can effectively solve the problem of low-calorific value stone coal that is not easy to burn,and can achieve thermal-electric-vanadium industrial co-production.The environmental pollution generated by this process mainly includes waste gas,waste water and tailings.The waste gas could be discharged after treatment and the waste water can be fully recycled after treatment without being discharged.The tailings were identified as general industrial solid waste according to their solid waste properties and can be stored in tailings ponds.
