摘　　要：本文简单介绍了输送带压延设备生产工艺上应用,详细介绍新研制的Φ760×2300压延设备在线成型分层带工艺流程、覆盖胶工艺流程、工作原理、主要技术参数和结构特点。并对各区段张力控制、电气控制等作了简单的分析。This article briefly introduces the application of the production process of conveyor belt rolling equipment,and details the online process flow,covering rubber process flow,working principle,main technical parameters,and structural characteristics of the newly developedΦ760×2300 rolling equipment.And a simple analysis was conducted on tension control and electrical control in each section.
