摘　　要：针对现有胶囊反包成型机在胎面成型存在的问题进行分析,提出“在胶囊反包成型机上方增加成型棒装置导入胎面”的改造方案;经实施后验证,对提高断面较窄系列特别是农业轮胎胎面成型效率十分明显。This article analyzes the problems existing in the existing capsule reverse building machine during tire tread molding,and proposes a modification plan of"adding a molding rod device above the capsule reverse building machine to introduce the tire tread".After implementation,it has been verified that this measure has a significant effect on improving the molding efficiency of narrow section series tire treads,especially agricultural tire treads.
