新质生产力对区域经济韧性的影响研究

摘　　要：发展新质生产力、增强区域经济韧性,是推动区域经济高质量发展、加快塑造发展新动能新优势的重要途径。本文基于2010~2022年我国31个省(区、市)面板数据,在测度新质生产力和区域经济韧性的基础上,实证检验新质生产力对区域经济韧性的影响。研究发现,新质生产力可对区域经济韧性产生正向促进作用。异质性结果表明,新质生产力对区域经济韧性的促进作用会受到区域经济发展水平以及城市群层级的影响,对经济欠发达地区、非五大城市群区域的经济韧性产生的正向促进作用更强。因此,应结合区域资源禀赋差异加快发展新质生产力,不断增强区域经济发展韧性,为推动区域经济高质量发展、推进中国式现代化的地方实践探索差异化路径。The development of new quality productivity and the enhancement of regional economic resilience are important ways to promote the high-quality development of the regional economy and accelerate the shaping of new momentum and new advantages for development.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces,autonomous regions and cities in China from 2010 to 2022,this paper empirically examines the impact of new quality productivity on regional economic resilience and its mechanism based on the measurement of new quality productivity and regional economic resilience.It is found that new quality productivity can positively contribute to regional economic resilience.The heterogeneity results show that the promotion effect of new quality productivity on regional economic resilience is affected by the level of regional economic development and the level of urban agglomeration,and the positive promotion effect on economic resilience is stronger in less economically developed regions and regions that are not among the five largest urban agglomerations.Therefore,the development of new quality productivity should be accelerated in the light of differences in regional resource endowments to continuously enhance the resilience of regional economic development and explore differentiated paths for promoting high-quality regional economic development and advancing the local practice of Chinese-style modernisation.
