摘  要:研究了中南地区3家火法锌冶炼企业次氧化锌回转窑水淬渣的固体废物属性,从水淬渣产生过程和组分分析可排查易燃性和反应性两种危险特性,进一步实验分析表明,水淬渣不具有腐蚀性、反应性、易燃性、浸出毒性、急性毒性,按照最不利原则对水淬渣中可能含有的毒性物质采用最不利化合物计算出的毒性物质质量分数超过了《危险废物鉴别标准毒性物质含量鉴别》(GB5085.6-2007)的限值,在未对水淬渣中毒性物质种类和含量深入研究前,建议水淬渣按照危险废物管理,其管理代码可按照“900-000-48”归类管理。In this paper,the solid waste properties of zinc hypoxide rotary kiln water-quenched slag from three thermal zinc smelting enterprises in the Central South China were investigated,and two hazardous properties,namely flammability and reactivity,were examined through the process of water-quenched slag generation and the analysis of its components.Further experimental results indicate that the water-quenched slag is not corrosive,reactive,flammable,leaching toxicity,or acute toxicity.However,using the principle of worst-case scenarios,the calculated content of potentially toxic substances in the slag,based on the most hazardous compounds,exceeds the limits specified in the“Identification standards for hazardous wastes-Identification for toxic substance content”(GB 5085.62007).Until a more detailed study on the types and content of toxic substances in the slag is completed,it is recommended that the water-quenched slag be managed as hazardous waste,with the management code classified as“900-000-48”.
