摘  要:目的在医院高质量发展背景下,分析某三甲公立医院行政人员的管理能力培训内容需求和培训方式偏好,以提升行政人员在支持该医院高质量发展中的整体表现和效果。方法本研究采用问卷调查的方法,采用卡方拟合优度检验进行统计分析。结果共回收调查问卷70份,84.29%调查对象认为培训内容的针对性,74.29%调查对象认为时间冲突,70.00%调查对象认为领导的重视程度、培训参与意识以及培训导师的水平是培训质量的主要影响因素;65.71%调查对象认为全局思维能力、62.86%调查对象认为创新能力、44.29%调查对象认为决策能力是最需求的培训内容。结论影响医院行政人员管理能力培训质量的主要因素是培训内容的针对性和员工的培训参与意愿。最需要培训的能力是沟通能力,最大的需求是医院发展历程及文化。最优的模式是每月一次时长1~2 h的线下授课。Objective To analyze the training content needs and preferences of administrative personnel in a tertiary public hospital under the backdrop of high-quality hospital development,aiming to enhance their overall performance and effectiveness in supporting hospital growth.Methods This study utilized a questionnaire survey and employed chi-square goodness-of-fit test for statistical analysis.Results A total of 70 questionnaires were collected.84.29%of the respondents believed that the relevance of training content,74.29%thought time conflicts,and 70.00%considered leadership attention,training participation awareness,and the competence of training instructors as the main factors affecting training quality.65.71%of the respondents identified holistic thinking ability,62.86%noted innovation capability,and 44.29%pointed out decision-making skills as the most needed training content.Conclusion The main factors affecting the quality of management ability training for hospital administrative staff are the relevance of training content and employees’willingness to participate in training.The ability that needs the most training is communication skills,while the greatest demand is for knowledge about the hospital’s development history and culture.The optimal format is monthly offline lectures lasting 1-2 hours.
