摘  要:简要介绍了液相氯化工艺的工艺流程,发现在光氯化反应器中有未知物质产生,通过定量和定性检测出未知为四氯化硅和四氯化碳。通过对精馏过程中的取样分析找到未知物的来源,通过对精馏釜内的物料进行热分解分析确定了分解温度,通过减压蒸馏降低釜内温度来避免产品热分解。The process flow of liquid-phase chlorination process was briefly introduced,and it was found that unknown substances were produced in the photocatalytic chlorination reactor.Through quantitative and qualitative detection,it was found that the unknown substances were silicon tetrachloride and carbon tetrachloride.By identifying the source of unknown substances through sampling during the distillation process,the decomposition temperature was determined through thermal decomposition analysis of the materials in the distillation kettle.The temperature inside the kettle was reduced by vacuum distillation to avoid product thermal decomposition.
