摘　　要：根据高纯硫酸锰企业的废水特征,本处理工程对含锰废水、浓盐水和碱洗水进行了分类收集与处理以实现水资源回用及零排放。其中,采用“气浮池+高效磁分离技术”进行预处理后的含锰废水被与浓盐水混合,再经“膜法+蒸发”处理,最终工艺出水能够达到锅炉给水指标。According to the characteristics of wastewater from high purity manganese sulfate enterprises,this treatment plan collects and treats manganese wastewater,concentrated brine and alkaline washing water to realize water reuse and zero discharge.The manganese wastewater is mixed with concentrated brine after pre-treatment by“air flotation tank + high efficiency magnetic separation technology”,and then treated by “membrane method +evaporation”,and the final effluent of the process can reach water quality for industrial boilers.
