红山文化斜口筒形玉器功用新探

摘　　要：斜口筒形玉器是红山文化玉器群中最为重要的器类之一,有关其功用是该文化玉器研究中争议颇大的问题。从牛河梁遗址出土材料出发,运用形态比较及情境分析等方法,判定此类玉器应是与木柄组合使用的权杖头,是一种标示权力的特殊礼仪用具,对其使用方式与功能提出了新的认识。红山文化筒形权杖头的辨析,说明我国有着独立起源且独具特征的权杖使用传统,而非全部与西方文化影响有关。The slant-mouthed tubular jade artifacts is one of the most important types of jade in the Hongshan Culture.Its function has been a highly debated topic in the study of Hongshan jade artifacts.Based on the materials unearthed from the Niuheliang Site,and using morphological comparison and contextual analysis,this study determines that such jade artifacts were likely used as scepter heads in combination with wooden handles,serving as special ceremonial tools symbolizing power.This new understanding of their function indicates that the tubular scepter heads in Hongshan Culture reflect a uniquely Chinses tradition of scepter use with an independent origin,rather than being entirely influenced by Western cultures.
