摘　　要：目的分析2015—2023年桂阳县人间布鲁氏菌病流行病学特征,为完善布鲁氏菌病防控策略提供参考依据。方法收集2015—2023年桂阳县报告的布鲁氏菌病例资料,采用描述性方法分析其流行病学特征。结果2015—2023年桂阳县报告布鲁氏菌病70例,年均报告发病率为1.09/10万;报告病例主要集中在4—7月份,占68.57%(48/70);男性年均报告发病率(1.50/10万)高于女性(0.65/10万),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.31,P<0.01);布鲁氏菌病发病高峰年龄段为36~65岁,占77.14%(54/70);农民占报告发病总数的74.29%(52/70);布鲁氏菌病年均报告发病率最高的为洋市镇(3.96/10万);病例发病至确诊间隔时间超过15 d者占35.72%(25/70)。结论2015—2023年桂阳县人间布鲁氏菌病报告发病率呈波动上升趋势,疫情较为严峻。建议严格动物疫情的源头治理、提高医疗机构的诊治能力、做好职业暴露人群监测以及宣传教育等防控工作。Objective To analyze the epidemiological features of human brucellosis in Guiyang County from 2015 to 2023,and to provide a reference basis for improving brucellosis control strategy.Methods We collected the data about brucellosis cases reported in Guiyang County from 2015 to 2023,and then analyzed their epidemiological characteristics by using descriptive methods.Results Seventy cases of brucellosis were reported in Guiyang County from 2015 to 2023,with the average annual reported incidence rate of 1.09/100,000.The reported cases mainly concentrated in April-July,accounting for 68.57%of the total reported cases.The average annual reported incidence rate was higher in males than in females(1.50/100,000 us.0.65/100,000),with a statistically significant difference(X2=10.31,P<0.01).The peak age of onset of brucellosis was 36-65 years old,accounting for 77.14%(54/70).Farmers accounted for 74.29%(52/70)of the total reported cases.The average annual reported incidence rate of brucellosis in Yangshi Town was the highest(3.96/100,000).The cases with an interval from symptom onset to diagnosis of>15 days accounted for 35.72%(25/70).Conclusion The reported incidence rate of human brucellosis in Guiyang County showed a fluctuating upward trend,and the epidemic situation was serious.It is recommended to strictly control the source of animal epidemics,improve the diagnosis and treatment capacities of medical institutions,and do a better job on prevention and control work like monitoring occupational exposure populations and conducting publicity and education.
