摘　　要：—、引言專利法第二十七條規定了申請外觀設計專利所應當提交的文件,即請求書、外觀設計的圖林或者照片以及對該外觀設計的簡要説明等文件。其中外觀設計的圖片或者照片,既表達了外觀設計的内容,又限定了外觀設計專利權的保護範圍,無疑是申請文件中最爲重要的部分。I.Introduction Article 27 of the China's Patent Law stipulates the documents that are required when applying for a design patent,namely,the request form for design application,drawings or photographs of the design,and a brief description of the design.The drawings or photographs of the design not only demonstrate the content of the design,but also delimit the scope of protection of the design patent 1,and are undoubtedly the most important part of the application documents.
