音乐护理联合童趣诱导在先心病患儿围手术期护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨音乐护理联合童趣诱导在先心病患儿围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选择2022年12月—2023年7月在聊城市第二人民医院行手术治疗的先心病患儿70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各35例。对照组围手术期常规护理,观察组在其基础上接受音乐护理联合童趣诱导。比较两组患者干预后焦虑、疼痛和生命体征变化情况。结果研究组术前1 d、麻醉诱导时、术后2 h、12 h、24 h的改良耶鲁围手术期焦虑量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6 h、术后12 h、术后24 h的Wong-Baker面部表情量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);麻醉诱导时、手术开始20 min、术后1 h的心率和平均动脉压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论音乐护理联合童趣诱导有助于缓解先天性心脏病手术患儿围手术期焦虑情绪和疼痛程度,而且有利于维持生命体征稳定。Objective To explore the application effect of music nursing combined with child interest induction in perioperative nursing of children with congenital heart disease.Methods Seventy children with congenital heart disease who underwent surgical treatment at the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng City from December 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative care,while the observation group received music care combined with child interest induction on top of it.The changes in anxiety,pain,and vital signs between two groups of patients after intervention were compared.Results The modified Yale preoperative anxiety scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group on day 1 before surgery,during anesthesia induction,and at 2 hours,12 hours,and 24 hours after surgery(P<0.05).The Wong Baker facial expression scale scores at 6 hours,12 hours,and 24 hours after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate and mean arterial pressure during anesthesia induction,20 minutes after surgery,and 1 hour after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Music nursing combined with child interest induction can help alleviate perioperative anxiety and pain in children undergoing congenital heart disease surgery,and is also beneficial for maintaining stable vital signs.
