复方氨肽素片联合地奈德乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方氨肽素片联合地奈德乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月—2023年12月潍坊市皮肤病医院收治的100例寻常型银屑病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和联合组各50例。对照组采用地奈德乳膏进行治疗;联合组采用在其基础上加用复方氨肽素片。比较两组患者的治疗效果、皮损及皮肤屏障功能改善情况。结果联合组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组皮损面积评分、皮肤严重程度评分、皮脂含量、角质层水分含量、经表皮水分丢失均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方氨肽素片联合地奈德乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病疗效确切,能够缩小患者皮损面积,改善皮肤屏障功能,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of compound aminopeptidase tablets combined with dexamethasone cream in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to Weifang Dermatology Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a combination group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with denonide cream,while the combination group was treated with compound aminopeptidase tablets based on denonide cream.The clinical efficacy,and the improvement of skin lesion and skin barrier function were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the combined group had better scores in skin lesion area,skin severity,sebum content,stratum corneum moisture content,and transepidermal moisture loss than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of compound aminopeptidase tablets and dexamethasone cream is effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,which can reduce the patient’s skin lesion area and improve skin barrier function.It is worth promoting and using.
