摘 要:碳卫星观测数据的应用急需解决时空不连续、时空分辨率低的问题。其中XCO_(2)产品数据重构后的高时空分辨率的再分析数据将为区域、行业CO_(2)源、汇研究缺乏实时观测数据提供解决途径。基于4套XCO_(2)产品数据,DataCube多维数据建模可集成不同产品数据的时空信息,进而实现4套XCO_(2)产品数据的时空信息统一存储、关联和格网化,提出一种可实现多种XCO_(2)产品数据动态映射、交互、关联分析和特征融合的XCO_(2)重构方法,最后得到北京区域100 m全覆盖格网XCO_(2)重构产品。结果表明:重构结果与TCCON香河站观测值具有较高的一致性(R^(2)=0.90,RMSE=0.89),且与CarbonTracker模拟结果和TCCON观测结果时间变化趋势一致;2020年北京地区XCO_(2)总体呈北部较低,中北部和南部较高,中部最高的空间分布,低值区小于410 ppm,高值区大于416 ppm;动态揭示了北京区域“生态涵养区”和“发展区”之间受地表碳源、汇影响而呈现出的高低值时空变化的规律和垂直、水平输送特征。The application of carbon satellite observation data urgently needs to solve the problems of spatiotem⁃poral discontinuity and low spatiotemporal resolution.Among them,the high spatial and temporal resolution re⁃analysis data reconstructed from XCO_(2)product data will provide a solution to the lack of real-time observation data in regional and industrial CO_(2)source and sink research.Based on 4 sets of XCO_(2)product data,DataCube multi-dimensional data modeling can integrate the spatio-temporal information of different product data,thus re⁃alize the unified storage,correlation and gridding of spatio-temporal information of 4 sets of XCO_(2)product data.An XCO_(2)reconstruction method is proposed that can realize dynamic mapping,interaction,correlation analysis and feature fusion of multiple XCO_(2)product data,and finally the XCO_(2)reconstruction product of the 100 m full coverage grid in Beijing is obtained.The results show:the reconstruction results are highly consistent with the TCCON Xianghe station observation values(R^(2)=0.90,RMSE=0.89),and are consistent with the time change trend of the CarbonTracker simulation results and TCCON observation results;in 2020,XCO_(2)in Bei⁃jing generally displayed a spatial distribution of lower in the north,higher in the central north and south,and highest in the central part;and dynamically reveals the regularity of the high and low value spatio-temporal vari⁃ations and the vertical and horizontal transportation characteristics between"ecological conservation areas"and"development areas"in the Beijing area due to the influence of surface carbon sources and sinks.
