摘　　要：山西早期党组织成立于1924年,其发展历程可分为三个阶段,即党组织初创时期、国共合作时期的蔚然兴起阶段以及大革命失败后的低潮阶段。山西党组织积极传播马克思主义,领导了一系列工农运动,点燃了三晋大地的革命火种,为后续的革命事业奠定了坚实基础。山西早期党组织的历史特点、经验启示也为新时代党组织建设提供了历史借鉴。The early Party organization in Shanxi Province was founded in 1924,and its development course can be divided in-to three stages,namely,the initial stage of the Communist Party organization,the rise stage of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party cooperation period,and the low tide stage after the failure of the Great Revolution.The Communist Party organization in Shanxi actively spread Marxism,led a series of worker and peasant movements,ignited the revolutionary flame of the land of the Three Jin Dynasties,and laid a solid foundation for the subsequent revolutionary cause.The historical characteristics and experience of Shanxi early Communist Party organizations in Shanxi also provide historical reference for the construction of party organizations in the new era.
