摘 要:压力自密封结构在高压阀门中应用广泛,但缺少对其整体与各部件的系统性校核验算。介绍了高压阀门压力自密封结构涉及的产品设计标准、结构原理与设计特征,较完整地阐述了组成高压阀门压力自密封结构的阀体颈部、阀盖、间隔环、分段支撑环、密封垫等关键部件及接触面的强度计算与应力分析,可为高压阀门压力自密封结构的设计与验证、承受最低应力提供技术指导,以提高压力自密封结构的安全完整性和密封可靠性。The pressure self-sealing structure is a widely utilized component in high-pressure valves.However,there is a notable absence of comprehensive and systematic examination and assessment of the overall structure and its individual components.The product design standard,structural principle,and design features of the high-pressure valve pressure self-sealing structure were introduced.A comprehensive description was provided of the strength calculation and stress analysis of key components,including the valve body neck,valve cover,spacer ring,segment support ring,sealing gasket,and contact surface of the high-pressure valve pressure self-sealing structure.This information can serve as a technical reference for the design and verification of the high-pressure valve pressure self-sealing structures,ensuring that they can withstand minimum stress and improve the safety,integrity,and reliability of the structure.
