摘  要:设计并合成了两种含末端烯基芳基亚胺菲咯啉类配体,与铁源配位后得到铁系催化剂,并与乙烯进行齐聚反应。通过配体修饰和反应条件变化考察了ω-烯基的链长、铁源的种类、反应温度、乙烯压力以及改性甲基铝氧烷的用量对该类催化剂性能的影响。实验结果表明,通过条件优化,该类催化剂的催化活性最高可达13.3×10^(6)g/(mol·h),此时α-烯烃选择性达到97%,Schulz-Flory分布的K(K=n_(C14)∶n_(C12))为0.60。Two phenanthroline ligands with terminal alkenyl aryl imine were designed and synthesized,which exhibited excellent catalytic performance in ethylene oligomerization reaction after coordination with iron source.The effects ofω-alkenyl group chain length,iron source type,reaction temperature,ethylene pressure,and the amount of modified methylaluminoxane used on the performance of catalysts in this kind were analyzed by ligand modification and reaction conditions change.Experimental results show that by optimizing the conditions,the catalyst activity can reach a maximum of 13.3×10^(6)g/(mol·h),α-olefins selectivity reaches 97%and K(K=n_(C14)∶n_(C12))value of Schulz-Flory distribution is 0.60.
