摘 要:采用分子动力学方法研究了含蜡原油结蜡的微观机理,通过实例优选了结蜡预测模型,根据含水率对结蜡量的影响对预测模型进行修正,并提出考虑原有结蜡厚度对后续结蜡影响的计算流程。实验结果表明,初始蜡分子先在原油中分散,后在非晶细胞盒子中聚集形成蜡晶,随着温度升高径向分布函数峰值降低,蜡分子分布从紧密聚集向分散转变;修正后的结蜡预测模型计算误差仅为4%,随着含水率的增高结蜡厚度减小,随生产时间的延长结蜡厚度增加缓慢。修正后的结蜡预测模型能准确预测金龙2井区清蜡周期,可为现场清防蜡工艺提供理论指导。The microscopic mechanism of wax deposition in wax-containing crude oils was investigated with a molecular dynamics approach.The prediction model of wax deposition was optimized by exemplification.Based on the effect of moisture content on the amount of wax formation,the prediction model was modified.A calculation process was proposed considering the effect of the existing thickness on subsequent wax deposit.The experimental result show that the initial wax molecules are dispersed in the crude oil before they aggregate into wax crystals in the amorphous cell box.The peak of the radial distribution function decreases with temperature rises,which changes wax molecules from tightly aggregated into dispersed.The modified prediction model of wax deposition has a computational error of only 4%.The waxing thickness reduces as the moisture content goes up,and adds slowly as the production time prolongs.The modified prediction model of wax deposit can accurately anticipate the wax clearing cycle in the Jinlong 2 well area,providing theoretical guidance for the on-site wax clearing and preventing process.
