摘 要:基于还原氨化策略,以醇和氨为原料高选择性合成伯胺是绿色化学的重要研究领域。负载型催化剂作为非均相催化体系的重要组成部分,催化还原氨化反应性能由活性组分、助剂和载体等因素共同决定。介绍了醇还原氨化反应机理,综述了脂肪醇还原氨化合成伯胺反应中负载型金属催化剂中载体的作用,包括载体种类、载体效应与优化,载体效应主要包括碱性位点、酸性位点、酸-碱位点协同作用及金属分散性和颗粒尺寸调控。The highly selective synthesis of primary amines from alcohols and ammonia based on a reductive amination strategy is a critical field in green chemistry.The catalytic performance for reductive amination of supported catalysts,an important part of a heterogeneous catalytic system,is collaboratively determined by active components,auxiliaries,and supports.The mechanism of reductive amination of alcohol was introduced.The role of supports in supported metal catalysts for synthesis of primary amines by reductive amination of fatty alcohols was reviewed,including the support type,effect,and optimization.Support effect mainly included basic sites,acid sites,and acid-base site synergistic effects as well as metal dispersion and particle size regulation.
