摘　　要：为解决轨道交通安全评估项目实施过程中文档输入、处理、存储、输出,以及统计数据过程出现的问题,满足保密性要求等,研发轨道交通安全评估项目信息管理平台。信息管理平台基于B/S架构,采用MySQL数据库系统,使用Java/JSP工具开发,实现项目与人员,文档、审核发现问题、统计报表等的管理。测试与应用结果表明该平台符合设计要求。采用信息管理平台管理轨道交通安全评估项目,能够规范文档管理,满足信息保密性要求,有利于安全评估项目进度控制,降低管理成本。In order to solve the problems of document input,processing,storage,output and statistical data during the implementation of rail transit safety assessment project,and meet the requirements of confidentiality,an information management platform for rail transit safety assessment project is designed and developed.The platform is based on B/S structure,MySQL is used as the database system and Java/JSP is used as tools during developing,which can achieve to manage project and personnel,documents,problems of audit discovery,statistical reports,etc.The results of test and application show that the platform meets the design requirements.When the platform is used to manage rail transit safety assessment projects,it can standardize document management,meet the requirements of information confidentiality,and help to control the progress of safety assessment projects,reduce management costs.
