摘  要:热障涂层(TBC)技术是航空发动机的关键核心技术之一,其中YSZ(Y2O3部分稳定的ZrO_(2))TBC应用最广泛,近年来环境沉积物(CMAS,CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2))腐蚀成为其失效的重要原因。本文以一种极具应用前景的热防护涂层材料Ti_(2)AlC为研究对象,系统地研究了Ti_(2)AlC/YSZ热障涂层的制备工艺、抗CMAS腐蚀性能,考察了热防护层的退化机理,为新型热防护涂层材料Ti_(2)AlC的高温应用提供理论支撑。Thermal barrier coating(TBC)is one of the key core technologies of the aeroengine,among which YSZ(Y_(2)O_(3) partially stabilized ZrO2)TBC is the most widely used.In recent years,the corrosion of environmental deposits(CMAS,CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO2)has become an important reason for YSZ failure.This paper takes Ti_(2)AlC,a promising thermal-protective coating material,as the object of study,systematically explored the preparation technology,CMAS corrosion resistance of Ti_(2)AlC/YSZ TBC,and investigated the degradation mechanism of the thermal-protective coating.The results could provide theoretical support for the high temperature application of the Ti_(2)AlC thermal-protective coating.
