摘　　要：人民性是人民主体思想在文化领域的自证延伸,植根于人民群众的文化实践并成为习近平文化思想的逻辑起点。习近平文化思想人民性的内容通过紧紧依靠人民进行文化创造、以不断造福人民为发展目标、牢牢植根人民传承文化成果得以展现。习近平文化思想的人民性特质坚持马克思主义文化理论的人民立场,在承继中华优秀传统文化民本思想的同时与中国共产党领导文化建设实践的人民情怀相互关联,逻辑严密。习近平文化思想的人民性不仅是一种理论特质和鲜明特征,也是具有丰富内涵的行动纲领,指向具体文化建设实践的开展。坚持以人民为中心,加强党对文化建设的全面领导,深入推进文化建设事业发展,激浊扬清、勇敢探索,努力开创中华民族现代文明建设新局面,为实现中华民族的伟大复兴凝聚起强大的精神力量。People-centeredness,considered as an extension of the thought of people as the main body in the field of culture,derives from the people’s cultural practice and serves as the logical starting point of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Culture.The content of the people-centeredness of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Culture is fully demonstrated by creating cultural products with the people,taking continuously benefiting the people as the development goal and passing the cultural achievements into the people.The peoplecenteredness of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Culture adheres to the people-centered stance marked by Marxist cultural theory.While inheriting the people-centered thought from excellent traditional Chinese culture,interrelated with the philosophy of putting people first,which come from the practice of cultural development led by the Communist Party of China,with rigorous logic.The people-centeredness of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Culture is not only a theoretical attribute and distinctive characteristic,but also a guideline for action with rich contents,being essential in specific cultural development practice.Committed to the philosophy of putting people first,China should strengthen the CPC’s overall leadership over cultural development.Furthermore,China should promote the development of cultural undertakings,discard the dross and revere the essence,bravely explore,and strive to usher in a new perspective of the Chinese modern civilization,and inspire a strong sense of unity for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
