摘 要:新质生产力是科技创新驱动下的生产力质态,数字经济是实现经济高质量发展的经济形态,二者之间存在相互促进关系。一方面,数字经济是推动新质生产力形成的重要力量;另一方面,新质生产力为数字经济的发展提供要素保障。近年来,数字经济成为驱动经济发展的新引擎。在数字经济领域,市场主体不断增长,对人才的需求不断增加。然而,我国数字经济领域人才培养还面临一些问题,包括人才培养观念陈旧与模式单一、知识体系与教学体系不适应、人才培养平台构建不够完善以及数字产业从业者胜任力偏弱。因此,有必要创新数字经济领域人才培养体系,定准新质生产力视域下数字经济人才培养目标,构建跨学科交叉融合的数字经济人才培养体系,创新产教融合的技能应用型人才培养模式,以教育数字化转型为途径提升人才培养质量。New quality productivity is the quality of productivity driven by scientific and technological innovation,and digital economy is the economic form to achieve highquality economic development.There is a mutual promotion relationship between the two.On the one hand,digital economy is an important force to promote the formation of new quality productivity;On the other hand,the new quality productivity provides the factor guarantee for the development of the digital economy.In recent years,the digital economy has become a new engine driving economic development.In the field of digital economy,market players are growing and the demand for talents is increasing.However,there are some problems in talent training,including the outdated concept and single mode of talent training,the incompatibility of knowledge system and teaching system,the imperfect construction of talent training platform and the weak competence of digital industry practitioners.Therefore,it is necessary to innovate the talent training system in the field of digital economy,define the goal of digital economy talent training from the perspective of new quality productivity,build a digital economy talent training system with cross-disciplinary integration,and innovate the skills-applied talent training mode with the integration of production and education,so as to improve the quality of digital economy talent training through the digital transformation of education.
