摘  要:从新质生产力的重要内涵来看,高等教育对新质生产力发展具有赋能价值。从理论必然性来看,高等教育赋能生产力要素结构性重塑;从实践重要性来看,高等教育加速助推新质生产力高质量发展。究其内在机理,高等教育学经典理论、开放创新生态系统理论、创业生态系统理论和“四螺旋”模型理论对高等教育赋能新质生产力发展具有重要贡献。就赋能路径而言,包括加快培育拔尖创新人才、以大学科技创新引领产业转型升级、系统发挥创新创业教育的作用,推动高等职业教育与新型生产关系匹配、深化高等教育对外开放以及拓展劳动对象种类形态。From the viewpoint of the important content of new quality productive forces, higher education has an important value for enabling the development of new quality productive forces. From the perspective of theoretical inevitability, higher education empowers the structural reshaping of productive forces factors. Meanwhile, from the perspective of practical importance, higher education promotes the high-quality development of new quality productive forces. The classical theory of higher education, open innovation ecosystem theory, entrepreneurship ecosystem theory and quadruple helix theory make important contributions to the fact that development of new quality productive forces empowered by higher education. The main practices for higher education to empower the development of new quality productive forces include: accelerating the cultivation of top innovative talents;leading industrial transformation and upgrading with universities’ science and technology innovation;systematically playing the role of innovation and entrepreneurship education;promoting higher vocational education to match the new type of production relations;deepening the opening-up of education to the outside world;enriching the variety of labour objects.
