摘 要:渤海某大规模热采开发的特超稠油油藏在一轮次注热期间井间汽窜率超70%,严重影响油田产能。针对该情况,基于探井、测井认识,先后开展药剂性能评价、单/双管驱替实验及现场堵调应用,对高含水层物性得到了进一步认识,随后开展泡沫调剖、井组同注数值模拟及现场试验,井间汽窜得到有效控制。研究结果表明,局部高含水低渗储层经蒸汽冲刷后平均渗透率或高于探井阶段测量值,对于已汽窜井开展井组同注措施,对于未汽窜井及井组边部井采用强化泡沫调剖,该措施不仅可以有效控制和预防汽窜,同时可均匀动用储层,优势层段吸汽剖面级差降低46.8%。泡沫调剖辅助井组同注的工艺策略实施后单井产能提高12%~33%,对海上特超稠油高效开发具有指导意义。For the first ultra heavy oil reservoir produced by large-scale thermal recovery in the Bohai Sea,the inter-well steam channeling rate during the initial round of steam injection was over 70%,negatively impacting the oilfield productivity.In response to this issue,based on exploration and logging data,evaluations of agent performance,single/double tube displacement experiments and on-site channeling control applications were successively carried out.After further understanding the physical properties of the layers with a high-water content,foam profile control,numerical simulation of well group simultaneous injection and on-site experiments were then conducted,and the inter-well steam channeling was effectively controlled.The results show that the average permeability of locally low permeability reservoirs with high water content after steam flushing was equal to or higher than the measured values during the exploration stage.Implementing simultaneous injection measures for wells experiencing steam channeling and employing enhanced foam profile control for unaffected wells and peripheral wells did not only effectively control and prevent steam channeling,but also uniformly produced the reservoir,with steam entry profile range of the dominant intervals decreased by 46.8%.The research results show that the technological strategy of foam profile control combined with well group simultaneous injection can increase single well production by 12%to 33%,providing a guidance for the efficient development of offshore ultra heavy oil.
