摘  要:山地风电项目建设要攻克复杂地质条件、大体积混凝土浇筑、吊装施工窗口期设计、防雷接地等难题,才能确保项目达成工程建设管控目标、实现项目投资收益。从地质、建筑、电气三个专业角度,剖析复杂山地风电项目建设难点,提出项目建设管控中勘察、基础、吊装、运输、接地等环节的关键技术和优化方案,结合境外典型台地和山地风电项目建设管控过程案例进行比较分析,并对项目建设管理的组织设计提出建议。In the construction of wind power projects in mountainous areas,difficulties such as complex geological conditions,large-volume concrete pouring,lifting construction window design,and lightning protection and grounding need to be solved to ensure the construction management objectives and the investment return of the projects are achieved.From the perspectives of geology,construction,and electricity,the key points for the construction of wind power projects in complex mountainous areas are discussed.Key technologies and optimization schemes for survey,foundation,lifting,transportation,grounding,and other aspects of the construction management are proposed.Some typical construction management cases of overseas wind power projects in terraced and mountainous areas are compared and analyzed.Suggestions are provided for the organization design of the construction management.
