摘　　要：Distinguished organisers and guests of the Civilisation Lecture,I hereby extend my sincere congratulations to the Civilisation Lecture.In today's world of constant conflicts and intensified division,it is more important than ever to understand other civilisations,because only when we know each other can we deepen our understanding of each other to successfully cooperate.The most direct way to achieve these goals is to carry out civilisation dialogue,which is also the cornerstone of the sustainable development of Bulgaria-China relations.
