摘　　要：It's a great pleasure for me to visit Bulgaria,the"land of roses",in the sunny early summer days,and to attend the Civilisation Lecture held in Sofia,the"garden city".First of all,I want to thank the cohost of this event,China Today,for your meticulous organisation and thoughtful arrangement.Meanwhile,I wish to extend my warm welcome to all the distinguished guests present today and also my sincere greetings and best wishes to the Bulgarian people.
