摘 要:以湖北省钟祥市花山寨林场马尾松林为研究对象,采集不同间伐强度0,10%,20%,30%和40%的土壤,研究不同间伐强度处理1 a后马尾松林土壤有机质与好气性细菌、真菌和放线菌等微生物群落的变化特征。结果表明,高间伐强度(40%)土壤有机质含量显著减少,放线菌数量显著增加。中度间伐(30%)土壤中有机质含量变化不显著,真菌数量显著增多。因此,选择30%~40%的间伐强度作为提高林地土壤微生物群落数量的参考指标较为合理。The study was conducted in the Huashanzhai Forest Farm in Zhongxiang City,Hubei Province,using Pinus massoniana forests as the research subject.Soil samples were collected from different thinning intensities 0%,10%,20%,30%,and 40%,and the changes in soil organic matter and microbial communities(including aerobic bacteria,fungi,and actinomycetes)were investigated one year after treatment.The results indicated that high thinning intensity(40%)significantly reduced soil organic matter content and significantly increased the number of actinomycetes.For moderate thinning(30%),there were no significant changes in soil organic matter content,but there was a significant increase in fungal populations.Therefore,selecting a thinning intensity of 30%~40%is a reasonable reference for enhancing the quantity of soil microbial communities in forest lands.
