摘 要:针对含油废水排放对水体环境造成严重破坏的问题,提出了一种基于超疏水材料和自动化技术的油水分离装置。通过数控设备精确控制装载有油水分离器的机械臂的运动,实现取水口在水箱中的自由移动,从而显著提高油水分离效率;利用真空抽吸作用结合超疏水-超亲油材料的特殊性质,使整个分离过程既快速又高效,分离出的油纯度高,且符合环保标准,能够高效、环保地处理不同环境下的油水污染,便于后续的油资源回收和二次利用。Aiming at the problem that the discharge of oily wastewater caused serious damage to the water environment,a kind of oil-water separation device based on super-hydrophobic materials and automatic technology is proposed.The movement of the arm loaded with the oil-water separator is precisely controlled by the numerical control device to realize the free movement of the water intake in the water tank,thus significantly improving the oil-water separation efficiency;the use of vacuum suction combined with the special properties of super-hydrophobic-super-lipophilic materials makes the whole separation process fast and efficient,and the separated oil has high purity,and meets environmental protection standards,which can deal with oil and water pollution in different environments efficiently and environmentally,and facilitate the subsequent recovery and secondary utilization of oil resources.
